She sent a dirty stuffed animal and tried to say it was clean when she sent it. And the second was also gad some spots which she said was easily cleaned off. I requested a partial refund which she hasn’t sent yet. If I had know they going to be dirty I wouldn’t have ordered them, they are for my grand children. Well now they are clean because I washed them which also removed the stale smell.
